Our rates remain the same year round and there is no seasonal rate. There is no minimum stay requirement (we'd love it if you stayed more than one night!). We just ask that you be honorable and please let us know exactly how many people in your party so we can accommodate you properly.
Check in time is anytime after 1:00pm and before 9:00pm. If you arrive after 9:00pm there will be a note on the office door explaining where your room is, and the key to the room will be in the door.
Check out time is by 11:00am
Rates are based on single or double occupancy for most rooms and there is an additional charge of $15.00 per person. Children under 2 stay free; children over 2 will be charged the per person charge. We welcome families but simply ask that young ones remain supervised in common areas and on the grounds.

Rates for room with 2 Full beds (up to 4 persons): $95.00 ~ $125.00*
Rates for room with Queen bed and 2 twin beds (up to 4 persons): $95.00 ~ $125.00*
Rate for room with 2 Queen beds (can also fit roll-a-way): $95.00 ~ $125.00*
Rate for room with queen bed and full size futon: $85.00 ~ $100.00*
Rates do not include a Puerto Rico Room tax of 9%

A credit card is needed to hold and confirm your reservation. If you wish to pay cash, payment is due upon arrival. Otherwise payment is due upon check-out.
We maintain a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 2 days of your scheduled arrival you will be charged for a one night stay. We realize there are circumstances that happen with traveling. If you do cancel and we can sell the room, we reserve the right to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. In addition, you will be charged for the full length of your scheduled reservation if you decide to depart early.
